By opting in to our Messaging Services, you agree to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy and General Terms of Service.

1. Service Description Our Messaging Services allow us to communicate with you via SMS/text message, online chat, or other digital messaging platforms for purposes including but not limited to: 

  • Responding to customer service inquiries 
  • Providing account updates or transactional information
  • Sending appointment reminders, confirmations, or alerts
  • Delivering promotional messages (only with your consent)

4. Fees & Charges We do not charge a fee for Messaging Services. However, message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Please check your plan with your carrier. 

5. Privacy & Data Security Your privacy is important to us. Any personal data collected through Messaging Services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share or sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. 

6. Opt-Out Instructions You agree to receive informational messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, etc.) from [Greatstrides Network LLC]. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email us at [email address]. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP .”

7. Appropriate Use You agree to use our Messaging Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Send, upload, or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene material.
  •  Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Messaging Services. 

8. Disclaimers 

  • Messaging Services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee message delivery, timeliness, or accuracy due to factors outside our control (e.g., network issues, carrier limitations). 

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greatstrides Network LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of the Messaging Services. 

10. Changes to These Terms We may update these Messaging Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the Messaging Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
